Integration Features​

The OOH integration provides seamless connectivity with all supported platforms:

Setting Up OOH Campaigns​

1. Create Order​

  • Input Name
  • Input Budget Amount
  • Input Trafficker Email
  • Input Schedule Information
  • Input or Create Company
  • Click Create Order
  • Swipe table to right
  • Click Action
  • Click Approve until Approved

2. Create Creative​

  • Input Creative Name
  • Choice Type OOH
  • Input Company
  • Input File Format
  • Upload Assets Image or Video
  • Create Creative
  • Swipe table to right
  • Click Action
  • Click Approve until Approved

3. Create Campaigns​

  • Click Add Campaign
  • Input Name Campaign
  • Choice Campaign Type OOH
  • Choice Order
  • Choice Publisher/Media Owner
  • Input Description (Optional)
  • Choice Bid Strategy
  • (Before input Rate Configuration, Please Tab Schedule)
  • Input Schedule Start Date & End Date
  • Input Inventory
  • Checklist Inventory
  • Click Next
  • Click Create Campaign

4. Set Schedule & Spent OOH​

  • Swipe table to right (on index table campaign)
  • Click Action
  • Click Edit
  • Add Creative (scroll until down)
  • Choice Creative
  • Click Select Media
  • Move to Tab Inventory & Schedule
  • Click Arrow down on Inventory Checklist
  • Add line schedule
  • Choice Creative
  • Set Date & Time Show
  • Click Save Creative Schedules
  • Move to Tab Basic Info
  • Set Rate Perminute
  • Move to Tab Playlist Preview
  • Click Update Campaign

5. Approve Campaign​

  • Swipe table to right
  • Click Action
  • Click Approve until Approve

Setting Up OOH Player​

1. Preparation​

  • Login to the CMS as Media Owner
  • Go to the menu Inventory
  • Click View, find the Player Name field, you will need this later along with SMILL Content-URL
  • The SMILL Content-URL is : https://dooh.frolics.digital/smil-index
  • Download Frolics Player from this link : Download
  • If those items are ready, lets move to the next step

2. Installation​

  • To install the player, double click the .exe installer
  • If Windows Defender ask for confirmation, click More Info > Run Anyway
  • Installation will run and wait until its done
  • Once the installation done, it will show a pop-up Dialog, input the Player Name and SMILL Content-URL provided earlier, then click Ok
  • All step is done, you can now wait until the media played in the Frolics Player

3. Additional notes and troubleshooting​

  • As for now, the supported platform for Frolics Player is only Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • If in case the player doesn’t play the media, please contact our admin for further support
  • We will check the problem remotedly via Anydesk, you download the software here Download Anydesk
  • Install the app, and copy the Device ID, sent it to Admin and wait until the remote desktop begin
