User Management

User Invitation Flow

  1. Navigate to User Management section
  2. Click "Invite User" button
  3. Enter user email, name, and assign a role
  4. System sends invitation email with activation link
  5. Publisher clicks link and lands on activation page
  6. Publisher sets password and completes profile
  7. Account is activated and ready for use

User Impersonation

Administrators can securely impersonate other users to see the platform from their perspective, which is helpful for troubleshooting and support.

  • Action history with timestamps

Activity Filters

  • Filter by specific user
  • Filter by date and time range
  • Filter by action type (e.g. Create, Update, Delete)
Viewing the Log
  • Access the complete audit trail from System -> Activity Log.
  • Track and monitor platform changes.
